Dolpo Treks in Nepal
Dolpo is a remote region in far western Nepal, behind the Dhaulagiri range, known for Tibetan Buddhist culture, wide high-altitude landscapes and Shey Phoksundo Lake. Trekking here is demanding and mostly camping-based, and special permits are required, so it is best for experienced trekkers with time to spare.
